  • Describe how EAP coverage – with both voluntary and self-initiated services – can be a support management tool for each unique employer and the specific issues they face.
  • Explain how tech-enabled solutions that go beyond traditional EAP helps employers address improvements in workplace culture and productivity.
  • Share studies and survey results that explore the relationship between EAP usage and loyalty, absenteeism, presenteeism, work engagement/turnover, life satisfaction and workplace distress.
  • Explore the impact of EAP as a necessary response to employee mental health and total wellbeing concerns.
  • Provide data and information on EAP services around critical incidents, complex behavioral health issues and mandated and assisted referrals.

The programs will take you through the EAP coursework and prompt you to complete "Knowledge Checks" periodically through the course to help reinforce your learning.  These Knowledge Checks are not graded.  Once you have completed the course, you will be required to complete a Final Assessement.  In order to receive CE, you must score a 70% or better on the final assessment. If you score below a 70%, you will be able to retake assessment.    


  • Download or print the Affidavit and Instructions found under course materials section below and follow the instructions on Page 1.
  • If your state requires a course monitor to proctor the final assessment, you must have this document for completion by the monitor at the time of the exam.    
  • We are unable to process CE without this completed form returned to us.
